2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We process the information you provide for the following purposes:
– To respond to enquiries and requests for information submitted through the
contact form.
– To manage the commercial relationship and the provision of contracted

– To send communications related to the requested services.
– To analyse the use of the Website on an aggregated and statistical basis
using analytics tools (Google Analytics), in order to improve content and
the browsing experience. This processing only takes place after the user
has given consent.

subject (article 6.1.a GDPR), given when completing the contact form or
accepting analytical cookies, as well as the performance of a contract or
pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b GDPR) where applicable.

Personal data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is
maintained or until the data subject requests its deletion. Subsequently,
the data will be kept blocked for the applicable legal limitation periods
(generally, up to 6 years for accounting and tax obligations). Data
processed for analytical purposes will be retained for the period
established by Google Analytics (maximum 14 months).

5. RECIPIENTS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Data is not shared with third parties, except by legal obligation. Data may
be processed by service providers acting as data processors:

– Webempresa (hosting): servers located in the European Union.
– Google LLC (Google Analytics): web analytics service provider located in
the United States. The international transfer of data is covered by the
EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is adhered, ensuring an
adequate level of protection in accordance with the Adequacy Decision of
the European Commission of 10 July 2023.

6. USER RIGHTS
Any person has the right to:
– Access their personal data.
– Request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, its
deletion.
– Request the limitation of processing.
– Object to the processing.
– Request data portability.
– Withdraw consent given.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations,
you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss,
unauthorised processing or access.
